Enio Vasconcelos Filho has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto. He also holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree, both from the University of Brasilia, Brazil, in the areas of Mechatronic Systems and Control and Automation Engineering, respectively. Since 2023, he became Research Associate at the Research Centre in Real-Time and Embedded Computing Systems (CISTER), in Porto, Portugal, where he has been working on topics related to autonomous vehicles, communication networks, critical systems and secure communication applications. His most relevant works have been published in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, such as Cyber Physical Systems, IEEE ACCESS, IEEE Communication Letters. His interests in new projects are related, besides the current ones, in embedded systems for IoT, Machine Learning and Automation.

Possui Graduação (2008), Mestrado (2011) e Doutorado (2015) em Administração no PPGA/EA/UFRGS na área de Inovação, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade. Pós-doutorado no PPG em Administração da Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS - 2015-2017 PNPD CAPES). Foi pesquisadora visitante na Universidade de Aarhus, Dinamarca, no MAPP Centre - Research on Value Creation in the Food Sector for Consumers, Industry and Society, durante o doutorado, além de missões de curta duração na Universidade de Aalborg, Dinamarca e Universidade de Kassel, Alemanha. Tem projetos em colaboração com a Nord University, da Noruega e outras universidades do Brasil. Temas como produção e consumo sustentável (no setor de alimentos), eco-inovação, comércio justo (Fair Trade), mulheres e inovação são meus principais interesses de pesquisa, em projetos acadêmicos e aplicados.
